How do I set up my profile?

After signing up as a pro, go to Edit profile from your dashboard. Add your business name, contact details, the trades you offer, your county and town, a short description, and a profile photo. A complete profile helps homeowners trust you and improves your chances of winning work.

How do I set my service area?

During sign-up you choose your county and a service radius (between 1 and 300 km). Jobs within that area are shown to you. If you're not seeing enough jobs, widen your radius or make sure your county is set correctly in Edit profile.

Open Available jobs or Find leads from your dashboard. You'll see jobs that match your trade and service area, with a short description of the work, the location, and when it was posted.
